Dragonkin

You memories are filled with that of the Dragon whom had taken an interest in your fate. Just as the Giants can claim Foundlings from the Mortal Species of the World, Dragons can claim others as their Kin. Whether you were born to a draconic parent, an orphan who was adopted and raised by your dragon parent, you were intended to be a sacrifice only to be spared and taken in, or your adopted parent was simply returning the favor from a random act of genuine kindness, whoever and whatever you were before no longer matters. The Time you spent with your draconic parent has suffused your body with draconic magic, transforming you into a half-dragon as a result, and thus marking you truly as Dragonkin
