Though all stealth operatives have to be trained to operate in the day, a daylight assassin specializes in such skills. You have extreme capability of being invisible in broad daylight and can through what seems to be magic, disappear into crowds, only to not be found afterward.
If ever being pursued, or are pursuing and are noticed, as long as there is a crowd nearby, you may role for stealth. If your roll plus your stealth modifier are higher than an 8, you can disappear completely into the crowd and cannot be seen.
