Since I was born, this thing of mine has been special above all else. I won't let anyone take it from me.
- Skill Proficiencies: -1 strength
+1 dexterity
- Tool Proficiencies: The Fidgeter will be attuned to/proficient with their birth item. This attunement does not require a slot and cannot be taken away while their background is retained.
- Equipment: Take one uncommon wondrous item of any sort, not including armor or weapons.
Your wondrous item is an important part of you, and as such parting with it takes a toll.
When your item is broken through anything other than an intentional attack of your own or taken for more than an hour, you become greatly stressed, losing 2 wisdom score and every other reaction until you get it back or have enough time to perfect a replica.
With fitting materials, you can spend 1 hour per day over 3 days obsessively recreating the item.
You can remake a common item instead and the trauma will cure within a week.
You may not choose a different uncommon item to remake, unless you destroy the new item and remake your original choice.
Using all of a disposable item's charges does not trigger any effect so long as you hold onto its remains, and those can be used as an ingredient for repairing it.
