When there is a situation in which a arsonist has the opportunity to cause chaos and mayhem, the arsonist must do so. They have no choice but to: A, commit arson or B, cause general chaos.
Variant Arsonist: Devilish Spark
There is a variant in which the arsonist, in their childhood, was inspired to be a menace to society. With this variant, you would be chaotic evil, and would have the ability to cast fireball at will, (recharge per short rest) and constantly attempt to kill those around you, if possible. All other evil-aligning beings with enough intelligence get along with you.
