You deal an additional damage die against creatures with the Beast type, and you may add your proficiency bonus to any check involving knowledge of animal organs (even if you already have proficiency in the check, however it does not apply ability check with expertise). Additionally, you hold a certain amount of sway over other butchers, and have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) check against them.
