Forbidden Child

You were born a twin in the large but secluded land of Krocte. Krocte's unwavering bloodline laws forbid more than two offspring borne from each Sorcerer pair, to keep the rarity of the Sorcerer bloodline intact. Your parents had begun raising their first child when they discovered their second pregnancy. There was no need to be concerned about bearing two children at once, for twins or triplets were unheard of among pure Sorcerer bloodlines. In less than 8 months they made way for their seemingly final child. They, of course arrived first, but to your parents horror, they were not the only child, and you were born. It was soon discovered that your father was not a pure sorcerer, and was shunned from his family. Your mother kept you a secret, hiding you away for most of their life, for fear of your death.
