You hammer down your fifth bottle of the night and bid farewell to the tavern owner. You stagger onto the streets and find a nearby alley in which you empty the night's contents. To many, the next morning's hangovers would be hell. To you, they're a ritual. Thus, you lie in bed until the sun begins to set, then you head on out to repeat the cycle once more.

Suggested Characteristics

The most important thing when creating a character with this background is why do they drink? To forget the past? To drown their sorrows? A tragic backstory might set the stage for great character development later in the story. Alternatively, you could just make your character love to drink. This also leads to fun playthroughs.
