A harsh drought could mean the end for farmers, an unexpected storm is the bane of all sailors and travellers, and a flood could be disastrous for miners or those on the flatlands. While combating and preventing the harsh weather may seem impossible, predicting and guiding it is not. A weather witch is an indispensable boon for many communities, with their abilities to predict the oncoming disasters. That, and the simpler things in life, like letting people know whether or not the sun will shine on their picnic.

Some weather witches keep to themselves, only speaking to others to report extreme dangers, while others blend in with their communities, and may even be revered for their work. Whatever the case, there are things that all weather witches know.
