(This is a DMC 5 inspired character) Vergil is Dante's older brother; they are sons of a demon named Sparda and a human named Eva. Vergil is half-demon, which gives him superhuman abilities. He is more serious about his training than Dante. He has a cold, calm, and introverted demeanor, as opposed to Dante's arrogant, thrill-seeking, and outgoing nature. Vergil is obsessed with power because he couldn't save his mother, and he never wants to experience that kind of loss again. He believes that his demonic heritage is the fastest way to obtain power surpassing all others, which is why he willingly split his human and demon halves.
