You spent much of your youth following roving fairs and carnivals, hoping to learn the skills of the performers but largely performing odd jobs for the ring leaders and charlatans who run these shows. Little by little these characters initiated you into the hard-nosed realities and tactics behind show business and you've learned to be a chameleon in order to make a buck off of any audience, but you never quite gave up on the dream of being a star yourself.
