A persistent ticking haunts the back of your hearing everywhere you go. It is never silent, and is never monotonous enough to be silenced. It has become such a part of your daily life that when you notice it not ticking you know something is horribly wrong. When you enter or are afflicted with any effects that would cause you to be Charmed, Deafened, Frightened, Paralyzed or Stunned, you have advantage on saving throws against the effects. Should you ever become affected, the effect ends at the start of your turn, before a deep reverberating bell tones in the back of your mind, dealing 1D12 Psychic damage and causing a DC 16 check. On a fail, your spend your turn incapacitated in combat, or fall prone outside of combat. Upon getting the option to take a feat, the bell toll resonates and allows you to take multiple "Madness" feats, reducing the Psychic dice when delt damage from 12 to 10, 10 to 8 and so on.
