Every time you are going to die and you have 0 hp, you can make an constituition roll, the DM decides the cd but the minimiun cd is of (Enemy level + challenge level) ÷ 3, if you fail, you die, if you suceeds you will stay alive but you will be unconscious and with fadigue and with only 1 hp, this hability cant be reused in 48 hours.

Every time you make an long rest, you need to roll an d12 (no modifiers), if you gain 1-4 you will have horible nightmares and will regenerate only 1/2 of the health you lose, if you suceed you will regenerate normally, also, if you are in good mood you gain advantage in this roll.
Panic:
If your teammate or an friend is dying you will need to make an charisma test (cd 16), if you fail you get frightened because your friend is suffering, and if he really dies you get in panic and you get disvantage in all rolls with cd +18 and you get frightened and you wil regenerate only 2/3 of health in an long rest.
