- You have peered into the depths of maddening knowledge, giving you a chance to glean insights from aberrations and other entities of chaos. When you encounter a creature of the Far Realm or one touched by madness, your DM might grant you advantage on a single Intelligence (Arcana) or Wisdom (Insight) check related to that creature. However, this insight comes at a price. Each time you use this feature, your DM can have you make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 10 or higher, depending on the creature) or suffer a temporary level of exhaustion, as the sheer madness assaults your senses. This exhaustion can only be removed by completing a long rest and taking an hour of meditative focus.
