After gaining the trust of the Archdevil you betrayed him and then fled.
Randomly as you wonder the world at the DMSs discretion you will be attacked by 1D8 of Imps. At level 5 Your now attacked by 1D6 of Hell Hounds. At level 10 your now attacked by 1D4 Hell Hounds and 2 Devils(or medium fiends). At level 15 the Archdevil begins sending the Demon Lords to capture you.
