d8 Sandwich Effect 1 Spoiled Filling – You take 5 damage (poison or psychic, your choice). The sandwich tastes like betrayal. 2 Slippery Spread – You gain +5 to movement speed for 1 hour (you’re turbo-charged by spicy mustard). 3 Sticky Bread – You cast Grease centered on yourself without expending a spell slot. It smells faintly of butter. 4 Crunch of Confidence – You gain 1d4 temporary hit points and advantage on your next Charisma check. 5 Toasted Insight – You can cast Detect Magic or Identify once without using a spell slot. 6 Fiendish Flavor – The next attack or spell you make deals +1d6 fire damage (you added Infernal Hot Sauce™). 7 Sub of Shielding – You gain the effect of Mage Armor or Shield once (your choice), flavored as a crusty baguette barrier. 8 Divine Deli – You are fully healed, remove one condition (charmed, frightened, poisoned, etc.), and feel really satisfied. - Skill Proficiencies: Arcana and History
