God Of Madness Image

The literal entity of chaos, and son of one of The Great Demon Kings, Lord Vanadriel Savage, a being dualistic in nature. Cursed with madness that spikes at seemingly random times greatly increasing my power at the cost of being able to control it. Look into my eyes and I will drive you mad as well.

Skill Proficiencies: Arcana

As The God of Madness and the son of one of The Great Demon Kings Lord Vanadriel Savage I have been taught arcane knowledge in my youth growing up as a prince and soldier under my father's instruction.

Sleight of Hand

As a soldier in my fathers ranks I became quite skilled at silently infiltrating enemy fortresses and picking the pockets of guards and nobles to obtain objects like keys and intelligence reports so that our army could swiftly wipe them off the map

Languages: Primordial

As an exiled prince of The Demon Realm you learned the higher origins of your common abyssal tongue the language of the Elementals, the primordial tongue.

Abyssal

Your common tongue as a demon prince.

Infernal

Learned through my father's close relationship with Asmodeus of Hell. We often trade with each other and exchange support in military conflicts

Equipment: Magic Circular Sunglasses

A pair of sunglasses given to you by your father so that you would not drive his armies mad

  • Protects all creatures from your Curse: Eyes of The Mad God while you are wearing them
  • Automatically removed and put into your inventory when madness spikes

Black Trench Coat

A coat you had made for you in your time as a prince of The Demon Realm.

  • Purely aesthetic
  • A stylistic choice
  • Grants no AC

Infinite Bag of Blunts

A bag of infinite marijuana blunts. Given to you by your father's royal arcane herbalist

  • That Exotic Pack
  • Gets you high as shit

Feature: Demonic Presence, The Curse of Madness

As a former high ranking Demon Prince, and The God Of Madness mortals feel the chaos radiate from you and are easily intimidated by you. Peasants will try their hardest to appease and pay tribute to you, some may even join The Cult of Madness. Nobles and kings will try to make alliances with you to destroy their enemies or seek to destroy you. Those who regard themselves as able combatants may seek to challenge you and if felled by your blade may even join The Cult of Madness, if they so chose to submit to your power.

Curse: Madness

  • Roll a [roll]1d100[/roll] at the Dungeon Masters discretion, if it lands within 1-20 then madness spikes. This chance is doubled when in a heightened emotional state. Any Curses, Charms, or Spells that send you into a heightened emotional state force you to roll a 1d100 for a madness spike
  • When madness spikes all spells and melee damage gain a damage increase of 2x CHA modifier
  • When madness spikes gain advantage on all attack rolls
  • When madness spikes gain 1 extra combat action
  • When madness spikes gain disadvantage vs saving throws
  • When madness spikes must attack any creature at random within a 30 foot radius
  • When madness spikes gain -1 AC
  • When madness spikes lose 5 hit points per turn
  • When madness spikes it will not end until incapacitated by sleep, freeze, etc. or until hit points run out, when you reach 0 hit points you will forego death saving throws and instead immediately be unconscious and stabilized at 0 hit points unless it was an attack that put your hit points at 0
  • When madness spikes automatically removes the magic circular sunglasses and places them in your inventory

Curse: Eyes of the Mad God

  • Any creature that looks into your eyes while you aren't wearing the magic circular sunglasses must  make a CHA saving throw versus your spell save DC if failed they go mad and randomly start attacking any creatures and humanoids in a 30 foot radius
