Born in a secluded elven village destroyed during a brutal war, he survived the initial assault only to be captured by slavers in its aftermath. For thirty years, he was held in a frozen compound and subjected to torment by a sadistic figure known only as Vexmoor—a name that still echoes in his nightmares and the man who killed his parents in during his escape from the compound. His body was broken, but his spirit endured. Eventually, he escaped into the wilderness, scarred and hardened. At sixty, he was discovered by the frost giant clan known as the Skarnathi, ancient guardians of the tundra peaks. Rather than destroy him, they saw strength in his endurance and raised him as one of their own. Among them, he learned to hunt, fight, and channel his fury through ancestral rituals, forging a barbarian’s path rooted in primal reverence and raw power.

Later in life, he encountered a human traveler named Elira, whose warmth rekindled his connection to the world beyond solitude. They explored together for seven years, sharing knowledge and forging a quiet bond that softened his hardened spirit. But peace was fleeting—Elira was killed during a village raid, leaving him with grief and a final purpose. With her dying breath, she entrusted him with a mission she had long pursued and gave him the name of an individual who could help complete it: Kaelen Vire. Guided by her memory, the trail she left behind, and the fury carved into him by Vexmoor’s cruelty, he now walks the world as a fusion of elven grace and giant-forged rage—a guardian shaped by war, wilderness, and loss.
