- Ability Scores: Years of evading the city’s control and surviving in secret have honed both mind and body. A Dema Escapee often has heightened Dexterity, allowing them to move silently and avoid danger, and strong Wisdom, reflecting their vigilance and keen awareness of threats. Their experiences may also strengthen Constitution, as enduring harsh conditions and constant tension has toughened their resolve.

- Tool Proficiencies: Disguise kit
- Equipment: A hooded cloak, a small coded notebook, a set of common clothes, a disguise kit (empty), and a pouch containing 10 gp.
You are practiced at evading pursuit and moving unnoticed through oppressive environments.
When you attempt to hide from a creature that has been pursuing you for at least 1 round (DM’s discretion), you have advantage on the Dexterity (Stealth) check.
Additionally, you can identify places within a settlement where someone could lie low — abandoned buildings, sympathetic contacts, blind spots in patrol routes, etc.
These are not guaranteed to be safe, but they are places others would overlook.
