This is a build for a 2024 Character using a customized 2014 Background, following the rules in the 2014 PHB, TCE, and the Hawthorne Player Guidelines. With it, you gain the following:
2024 Origin ASI
1 Origin Feat or Dragonmark Feat
2 Skill Proficiencies
EITHER: 2 Tool Proficiencies | OR | 1 Tool Proficiency and 1 Language Proficiency | OR | 2 Language Proficiencies
1 Background Feature
You will need to leave 2 slots open, depending on your picks for the Tool/Language combination. Additionally, the Background Feature table is not available for you to pick from on here, as that amount of text overloaded the system. The list is on the allowed content document.
With regards to the languages. DDB does not have the following Exotic languages that are permissible to take here: Aarakocra, Aragrakh, Gnoll, Hulgorykn, Loross, Merfolk, Old Omuan, Olman, Seldruin, Tabaxi, Thorass. Additionally, it did not have like 80% of the monster languages, so I just didn't add any. You can simply add those manually should you choose to take them.
- Ability Scores: Increase one ability score by +2 and another score by +1, or increase 3 distinct ability scores by +1.
- Feat: You gain 1 Origin feat of your choice from the list.
- Skill Proficiencies: You gain proficiency with 2 skills of your choice.
- Tool Proficiencies: You gain proficiency with up to 2 tools of your choice.
- Languages: You gain proficiency with up to 2 languages of your choice.
