Feature: Offshore Stash

When you visit a bank, you can present your bank card to the teller and withdraw or deposit gold into a secret account. This account begins set at 150 gold pieces and grows by xd4-2x percent every time you take a long rest, where x is equal to the amount of gold pieces in the treasury divided by 100 and rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, if it has 400 gp, then on a long rest you would roll 4d4 and subtract 8 from the total roll, if you rolled 10 for example, you would subtract the 8 and add 2 percent to your account. The account can not be accessed without the card, but it does not need to be presented by you.
