You weren’t just born; you were sponsored. An Archfey of the Summer or Gloaming Court took a shine to your lineage—perhaps due to a debt, a whim, or a cosmic bet—and claimed the role of your "Godparent." Your childhood was marked by silver spoons that occasionally turned into frogs and a "Guardian" who appeared in mirrors to offer cryptic advice or fashion tips. You are a bridge between the mundane and the mercurial.
- Feat: Fey Touched
- Skill Proficiencies: Deception, Persuasion
- Languages: Sylvan
- Equipment: A set of fine clothes (that never seem to get dirty), a signet ring or locket containing a lock of fairy hair, a silver thimble or cold iron whistle (a gift to keep "lesser" spirits away), a small mirror that reflects your "true" fey-touched form, and a pouch containing 15 gp.
- Fey Gift: You gain the Fey Touched feat.
- Supernatural Etiquette: You know the local customs and etiquette of the Feywild. While in the Feywild or dealing with fey creatures, you can always find a place to hide or a friendly face to provide a meal, provided you haven’t insulted your Godparent’s specific court.
Spell List
If you have the Spellcasting or Pact Magic class feature, the spells on the Fey-Bequeathed Expanded Spells table are added to the spell list of your class. These spells focus on the hallmark of fey power: the manipulation of the mind, the weaving of illusions, and the absolute mastery of appearances. (If you are a multiclass character with multiple spell lists, these spells are added to all of them.)
| Spell Level | Spells |
|---|---|
| Cantrip | eldritch blast, minor illusion |
| 1st | charm person, faerie fire, sleep |
| 2nd | enthrall, mirror image |
| 3rd | blink, major image |
| 4th | confusion, greater invisibility |
| 5th | mislead, seeming |
Unlike the rigid formulas of a wizard or the desperate prayers of a cleric, your magic manifests with a specific, otherworldly aesthetic unique to your sponsor. When you cast these spells, the air might smell of honeysuckle and ozone, or the shadows might lengthen and bow as you pass.
