You spent years inside of a Circle, surrounded by Templars, and taught your magic through the lense of the Chantry. Perhaps you were born there. Perhaps you were taken when you were older. Either way, you have been taught by Enchanters greater than yourself all you know.

Feature: Knowledge of the Mage
When you attempt to learn or recall a spell or religious text, if you do not know that information, you often know where and from whom you can obtain it. Usually, this information comes from a library, chantry, or a sage or other learned person or organization. Your DM might rule that the knowledge you seek is secreted away in an almost inaccessible place, or that it simply cannot be found. Unearthing the deepest secrets of the multiverse can require an adventure or even a whole campaign.
Spell List
Some Circle Mages are known to turn to Blood Magic, or use it officially under the purview of Templars to track down other mages.

Suggested Characteristics
Circle Mages are defined by where they learned their magic-- trapped in a tower, locked away from the world, pouring over information preparing for their Harrowing. Some are even made Tranquil, unable to feel or think for themselves.
