You live on the wild side of life facing against Terrifying creature,sailing through the ribcages bones of dead gods, narrowly escaping the psychic winds that sweep across the Astral Sea, and boarding other ships with greed being the only thing on your mind. though tyranny of a pirate can be ended eventually from old age in the astral sea you don't age and have no need for food or water.
