The Overlord rules with an iron fist. Cowardice is for lesser goblinoids, and only a fool would treat with a coward whilst Overlord's eyes are everywhere, as an agent of the legion you have been given more autonomy than most, but the Overlord is forever watching.

When an ally fails a save that would cause them to be frightened or forced to move, you can use your reaction to allow them to re-roll, they must accept the second result. Once you have used this ability you cannot use it again until a short or long rest.
Suggested Characteristics
Members of the Overlord's Legion are taught that loyalty and discipline outweigh fear or comfort. Even those separated from the Legion often cling to these values, though years among surface folk may leave them with unexpected habits and perspectives.
