Blood moon werewolf cult:

12 main council members:

2 Herloft, hunter of magic users

3 Morlok, spell master and master warrior of the blood moon werewolves cult

4 Pirglos, master of sacrificial rituals

5 Dormilo, master of strategy and trickery

6 Bongartuan, leader in battle and duo of Dormilo

7 Fertilo, investigator and torturer

8 Quilrio, infiltrator and assassin

9 Horitan, information gatherer, head of funding and finances

10 Hawker, destroyer of towns

11 Jorlicroy, preacher and teacher of foundlings

12 Merico, head of public appearance

Every main member has blood moon armor and blade, and the blood moon curse.

There are no more foundlings in this Era of the cult, as most elder members were murdered and replaced by new ones, except Morlok, Jorlicroy, Kergler.

Kegler led the revolution and murdered the old council.

Morlok is the strongest fighter of the cult, and he wasn't defeated in battle, and Jorlicroy has trained every single one of the members of the cult, he excels in combat, has great knowledge, and many of his students are in debt to him and won't fight him.

The council was once a circle of fighting oppressory and tyranny, but after the revolution it became more about seizing power and control, by means of a bloody iron fist.

The circle has an alliance with the circle of moon, and their man power comes from them.

The circle has a few artifacts to their name and are trying to get power by getting more.

Claw of the blood moon: as long as it's filled with moon blood, it can transform its wielder into a blood werewolf, and when the wielder kills while transformed, the artifact refills itself.

On a blood moon, the artifact is always full, and can boost the power of a blood werewolf transformed from the blood moon curse trait.

Armor of the blood moon: as long as the armor is filled with moon blood its block any harmful spells and grants its wielder protection from necrotic damage.

Blade of the blood moon: used as a magic fucus, uses moon blood instead of magical components, sips the life force out of enemies and turns is into healing, also boosts spells cast using it as a focus, and furthermore boosts necromancy spells cast while using it as a focus.

Dome of moonlight transformation: Full moon:

transforms any water inside it to holy water, and silver to moonsteel. Infants dipped in pure liquid moonsteel on a full moon inside the dome gain the moon blessed trait.

Blood moon: all properties of the full moon and: transforms any blood inside it to blood moon. Infants dipped inside moon blood while in a true blood moon gain the blood moon curse trait. Moon blood can be used as a magical component instead of expending hit points in blood necromancy spells.

The 12 sets of blood moon warriors: there are 12 sets, each of pretty powerful, that were given to the 12 council members before the armor and the blade were created.

After the armor and blade were created, they took the place of a set, one sword, and one armor.

The missing set was then buried in a secret place, and was never to be found since (even though many sought after it)

The ritual table: The most important artifact of them all, and the only one not created by the circle itself. This table is capable of creating artifacts in rituals, the more rare and the more powerful the components (gems, moonsteel, moon blood), the more rare the timing (midnight, full moon, blood moon, and more), and the more powerful the ritual cultists are (can only be given power from 12 people at once), the more powerful the artifacts is. That is the reason there are only 12 seats in the council.

The circle is very powerful, and is pretty well known around the world, so are the curses and blessings of the blood moon and moon and the powerful artifacts the circle holds.

In the last few years there were rumors about an opposing organization called the blue moon circle, but that organization might not even exist and even if it is, it is very secretive.

Children of the circle are given the curse of the blood moon as soon as there is a blood moon, and they are usually kept hidden from the world and trained secretly, sometimes one of them tries escaping, but usually that doesn't happen, except on blue moons, that are just a second full moon in the same month, but the circle is usually not ready for them, and someone or something has been freeing the children, and teaching them the truth about the current and past organization and their goals and deeds.
