Whether born directly from her or elected by her via incredible deeds done, you are a Chosen of Mystra and henceforth tasked with preserving the Weave while ensuring responsible use of magic and its knowledge for all. To this end you have unfathomable power and the trust of Mystra to carry this duty out well and with humility. 

Feat: Weave Sense

You passively have Detect Magic and Identify active on you at all times without needing concentration, verbal, somatic, or material components.



Feat: Spellplague Fire

You can sacrifice one of your hit die to alter the spell you are about to cast to mimic the effects and visuals of Spellplague fire. You may pick from fire, force, or radiant damage which this altered spell now does rather than its default damage type.

If there are multiple damage types the spell would cause, you can pick which damage types are altered this way without costing more than the single hit die used for this ability.

The chosen fire, radiant, or force damage ignores resistances and immunities. 



Feat: Gifted Focus

You can concentrate on two spells at the same time. If concentration fails, you can pick which spell loses concentration.

You gain one level of exhaustion if you concentrate on two spells in this manner and lose concentration on one like this, or if either spell naturally runs out of time. 



Feat: Unshackled by Mystra

Upon activating this ability roll 2d4s and carry out the following:

1st d4: This is how many 10th level spell slots you now have.

2nd d4: This is how many 11th level spell slots you now have.

These extra spells slots can only be used to upcast pre-existing spells to those levels.

Any unused spells slots are removed after one minute passes, and you gain three levels of exhaustion. 

Skill Proficiencies: You can choose up to three of the following skills to be proficient in. If you are already proficient in one of these, you can expertise in it.

Depending on who it is, they may be more or less helpful depending on what you need of them compared to other Chosen (such as Laerel having the resources of a city vs Storm who has masterful wilderness experience).
