You gain a number of Luck Points equal to your Proficiency Bonus. You regain all expended Luck Points when you finish a Long Rest.
When you make a d20 Test, you may spend 1 Luck Point to give yourself Advantage on the roll.
When a creature makes an attack roll against you, you may spend 1 Luck Point to impose Disadvantage on that roll.
This is just description text of the granted Lucky feat. This effect does not stack.
