Vulnerable

You basically have glass bones and paper skin. You are vulnerable to literally all damage types ( no magic, potion, or enchanted item can change this). It is a miracle you have made it this far in life. 

Ability Scores: Add +5 to your constitution modifier because you have survived through so many things that should have killed you. 

Feat: Life- you have  higher than average health. Your first level hit dice is 2 d20 + constitution modifier. You gain 1 d20 for each level after that, plus your class hit die.

Skill Proficiencies: You've learned how to tell fantastic tails. proficiency in deception and persuasion. but only while telling and elaborate story.

Tool Proficiencies: You knit well or can work leather.  Tailors tools. Leatherworkers tools. Chose one. 

Languages: you know All languages. as a child your parents kept you in your room due to your condition,  so you filled time by learning every language. 

Equipment: Papped clothing that does nothing to help your condition
