You were adopted by a pair of Dragonborns at a very young age. They (and their descendants if your species lived longer than them) raised you as one of them, to the best of their ability. As such, you struggled to fit in, much like the story of the Ugly Duckling.

Pick one element from acid, lightning, fire, poison or cold. From long practice, you have an intimate (and painful) knowledge of it's dangers. You have advantage against any Dex or Con save against that element.
