Having grown up in the family Mortuary business you are knowledgeable about the many aspects of the business of death. Everything from preparing the body, to consoling the family, digging the grave, to retrieving the body. These skills also include some autopsy service to determine cause and time of death. There is also the "people" side of the business such as comforting the family, funeral arrangement and services, and burial or cremation.
Most all mortuaries, and mortuary suppliers are family owned and operated, some existing for generations. Some specialize in one race, while others will perform rites for any race. A few even specialize in disposal of "monster" remains. Some do it all, especially if in a smaller town.

You have a connection with those who are in mourning. Those family & friends, or others who have had a loved one pass, or even those who have found a body, will feel comfortable in your presence. They can sense you understand what they are going through. You can talk people in this situation regardless of if they are homeless or nobles. These people will all act as though you are a friend unless you have acted against them and they know it.
Can tell how and when someone has passed if able to examine the body, may not know all details however. Ex: knows it's poison, but maybe not type, or knows magical fire, but not specific spell.
Suggested Characteristics
Just like people, undertakers motivation and demeanor can vary wildly. They can be the calm serene type that loves to help the bereaved with planning the funeral, or they can have an unnatural fascination with death and be socially awkward.
Contacts
Likely knows of the larger mortuaries in the neighboring areas, and even abroad. May have a few contacts with the suppliers of the tools of the trade.
