Since your earliest years you have been privileged to get a well-rounded education from the community teachers. This included the very basics in most topics, but you studied hardest in two of those topics. It might've been physical education, history, nature, medicine, or even animal handling. Your studies, however were not enough and you yearn for hands on experience, or "field work" as some would call it.
- Skill Proficiencies: Any two of your choice that are taught in school.
- Tool Proficiencies: Any one choice as most tool skills are taught in school.
- Languages: An additional one bonus language because everyone knows that you need a foreign language credit to graduate.
You know the basics of most topics, you can carry on a conversation with almost anyone about almost anything so long as you can think of something to say and the person you're talking to generally assumes that you know what you're talking about so long as you mention "Ah, yes. I remember reading about this in school."
Suggested Characteristics
You might have been a know it all or a shy student. Maybe you were the class jester or the rule enforcer. Or maybe you were just a floater, getting through school without a label and still searching for where you belong in a community.
