You have travelled all around the world and made friends in every continent. You know so many people that no matter where you go you will likely run into someone. You're the type of person that could go to a tavern in the Underdark and find you're a friend from college on the opposite side of the world, or maybe run into an old drinking buddy on a boat. How do you even know these people? Why are you friends with a King from that far-away city? When did you meet that celebrity? It's a long story.
You must have travelled for a reason surely? Why would you live on the road when it's so dangerous? Are you mad?

You somehow just know people no matter where you are. You could walk into any bar and always find a table of friends. This comes in handy when you are on the road as often as you are. These friends could help you out with small favours, or might ask help of you. Either way, you'll still be expected to have fun with them, try not to get into too much trouble!

You may have been friendly throughout your travels but not all who recognise you welcome you. Maybe you did something wrong which affected the townsfolk or something has happened in the wake of your departure that has soured someone's memory of you. You need to be prepared to approach anyone you recognise with a bit more caution and not be entirely trusting.
You have visited almost anywhere and that is anywhere. You know people who might be able to help you and your friends out but are not always sure if you left on the best of terms. Your previous interactions might help you get discounts and extra rewards but could also lead to problems in the future. Just don't push your luck.
