Using your chameleon circuit you can modify your appearance and set out alongside your trusted Gallifreyans to fight in The Infinite Time War. Or perhaps you've become disillusioned with space battles and time spent surfing The Matrix or reading in your library has left you longing for a quieter life like one of a TARDIS. Knowledge about the universe is what you seek. A sage of all known knowledge you wish to discover new truths adventuring beyond you battlefield constraints. ears learning the lore of the multiverse. You scoured manuscripts, studied scrolls, and listened to the greatest experts on the subjects that interest you. Your efforts have made you a master in your fields of study.

As long as your Chameleon Circuit is operational and your passive Perception Filter doesn't go down most people shouldn't raise too many eyebrows in your direction. Otherwise, your appearance would quickly mark you as foreign with curious glances directed your way wherever you go. That could be a nuisance, but you could also gain the friendly interest of scholars and others intrigued by far-off lands, to say nothing of everyday folk who are eager to hear stories of your travels. You could parley this attention into access to people and places you might not otherwise have, for you and your traveling companions. Noble lords, scholars, and merchant princes, to name a few, might be interested in hearing about your experiences. But the reactions may just as easily turn hostile. Xenophobia can be quickly stoked by the evil in the universe and many an opportunist may take advantage of you compromised position.

 
Skill Proficiencies: HistoryStealthPerception
Tool Proficiencies: The SIDRAT may not have used it's Chameleon Circuits to polymorph into a being with hands. In cases such as those, no tool proficiencies exist. Warforged SIDRATs may have fought as men-like creatures on the battlefield during the war, however, and may have even worked a forge off the front lines. 
Languages: All languages can be spoken and understood. Additionally all forms of writing and script, besides Gallifreyan, are perceptively re-rendered and translated to common and can be read, when that subsystem is functional that is. Additionally, a SIDRAT emits a 30 ft radius telepathic field using the ship Translation Matrix which allows all creatures to understand all forms of language being spoken. If a creature in the field attempts to speak in a language they correctly assume another creature natively speaks, the second creature will instead perceive that the first creature is speaking in that first creature's native language and may or may not understand them.
Equipment: The Wardrobe contains multiple outfits and costumes appropriate to any time and The Room Full of Various Objects might contain a number of items depending on the current time point of the SIDRATs journey. 
 
Bigger On The Inside - Rooms and systems aboard the SIDRAT

A war machine first and foremost, a SIDRAT may often suffer temporal paradox damage on the battlefield resulting in a wound in SIDRAT spacetime makeup that forces the ship interior out through the wound to close it. When this happens a new exterior form previously inside the SIDRAT exits the shell of the former ship. The inversion stabilizes the temporal paradox but typically throws many ship systems into chaos until they can be debugged and power rerouted. Feature: Matrix Access

As long as your library room is operational and has power, you should be connected to The Matrix. The Matrix is a living journal of you and your War Lord's experiences and travels throughout time and space. When you attempt to run a query on a piece of lore, if you haven't learned that information yet, The Matrix should know where and from whom you could obtain the information and guide you on your path. Usually, this information comes from a library, scriptorium, university, or a sage or other learned person or creature. Unearthing the deepest secrets of the multiverse can require an adventure unto itself.

 
Spell List

Various spells can be manifested through circuits spread throughout the SIDRAT. Artron energy and a link to the Eye of Harmony send arcane energy flowing into various systems focusing energy for spell manipulation. If a room or system is taken offline a spell may not have the appropriate energy to complete the casting.

SIDRATs are defined by their extensive studies, nearly impenetrable defenses and unmatched firepower and weaponry. Prone to malfunction however, the War Lords are still experimenting with perfecting their evolution. You may often find one or more ship systems may be offline due to energy bursts, hostile attacks, or random events that seem to occur at a higher than normal rate. Anyone have a sonic screwdriver?

7 emojibot - only able to communicate with large emoji on face display. Robot body like WALL-E. Communicates telepathically (if high enough level wizard) with only emotions. Stats like a child.
8 Mr. Sin - I don't know what this is but it says in the show it's a "Peking Homunculus" . Basically a bad automaton that looks Chinese. Clicks and clacks a lot since it's metal. Disadvantage on stealth. Stats like a standard dwarf.
9 Maintenance Robot - two roombas for feet. Arms can extend to grab things and to lift feet up and over stuff. Makes suction sounds when moving. Disadvantage on stealth. Stats like a standard fighter. Terse communicator. Higher strength to lift and crush.

11 Ghost servant from the magnificent mansion - In the form of a former companion. Stats like a ghoul but no special attacks. Can move though some objects as an action? Can frighten on a failed saving throw of 13. Butler voice
