There are many reasons to drink. To forget, to remember, to fill your hollow heart, or you just enjoy the taste and like to drink. Whatever your reason, you are often found in bars and taverns until early in the morning. When your not drinking you are thinking about having a drink or maybe thinking about a particular ale or whiskey you really enjoyed. You can handle your liquor better than most, but that doesn't mean you stop drinking when they do.
- Skill Proficiencies: Being drunk has some advantages, choose one skill from Sleight of Hand, Insight, or Intimidation
- Tool Proficiencies: You tried learning how to brew your own ale, but you read the wrong book. You are proficient in Alchemist Supplies and one gaming set
- Languages: You have learned a lot from reading different labels on bottles, choose one language from Dwarvish, Gnomish, Halfing, or Sylvian
- Equipment: A set of common clothes that smell like alcohol, a waterskin filled with ale, a flask filled with wine, 3 empty bottles of whiskey, and a game set of your choice
You have built up quite the tolerance to alcohol after your many years of drinking. You suffer no negative effects from drinking, including a hangover. You also have to ability to take a small taste of a nonmagical liquid to discern what the liquid is and if it has been poisoned by nonmagical means.
Suggested Characteristics
Due to your habit, or preference, if you prefer that, you can be charming and wise or angry and hateful depending on the type of drink and the time of day. You have no hate towards others unless they try to pick a fight with you, you are normally neutral.
