Perhaps you were born a noble but you decided to forgo the stuffy lifestyle and obligations at a young age.  Instead seeking a name for yourself other than your family's.  Maybe you were a street kid with the head for something bigger so you caught the first ship out of port you cold find.  Maybe you just switched trades because the last one you were in wasn't doing you any favors so you sought something new.  Happenstance had it that on your first adventure your party was sacked by a roving band of ruffians.  Your natural charm won over their leader and he took you under his wing; eventually giving you his title.  You were a great leader, went many places, learned many things.  You met and trained your replacement and now you're enjoying your retirement.  With your charm, earned wealth, history among aristocracy in your past, and of course, some forged documents claiming a new identity and nobility you are welcome in their ranks as one of their own again.

Tool Proficiencies: A Forgers Kit

Equipment: A set of fine clothes, a signet ring, a scroll of fake pedigree, and a purse containing 25 gp

Feature: The Wolf Amung Sheep

You never really fit in with but you blend easily.  Thanks to your charm, most people are inclined to think the best of you. You are welcome in high society, whether you really belong there or not, and people assume you have the right to be wherever you are. You can secure an audience with a local noble if you need to.  You can easily communicate and bond with the common folk of an area by taking the time to talk with them.  You've done plenty of unmentionable things already in your past and don't hold the normal qualms that nobility may have on publicly displaying foul language and dirty humor while among the people; so you can sit and joke in a tavern with them as if you were their neighbor.  Royalty are the only ones who see through your mask, albeit almost immediately.
