As a Shackled God you can remind those around you of you once were as a god by helping them the way you would have in the past. Your new and old followers will aid you in a fight if they remember who you were or they will help you get out of trouble in some way. based on the actions you took as a god your followers will reflect that and copy the actions you take in their presents.
any structure that is still standing in your honor is always a welcome refuge for you and your companions. if you seek shelter in one of these structures then creatures who do not follow you or don't follow your alignment cannot set foot on these holy grounds of yours

As a forgotten god you have either been broken or weakened by the loss of your followers, but as you find yourself as a mortal it strengthens you in the fact that you now know what i means to have a true soul. most cant forget the acts you've made that made the gods cast you away. You can be fueled by rage or the need for revenge on the gods for making you what you are.
