You grew up among the most common and hardy folk in the world. Your life as a farmer has taught you how to live from your own sweat and determination. Growing the food and basic goods that the rest of society depends on to survive.

However, due to the basic needs of virtually all tools for the upkeep and management of a farm you have learned the basics of just about every type of tool. You may apply one half of your proficiency modifier to all artisan's tool checks.
