For much of your early life, you have worked your way under the brutal training regime of the White Tower to become an Aes Sedai, member of the great sisterhood in service of the light. You endured the training of the novice and the accepted, finally being raised to the shawl.
As an Aes Sedai, you are bound to the three oaths:
1: Say no word that is not true.
2: Never use magic as a weapon except against creatures of inherent evil or in defence of yourself or your warder.
3: Never create or enhance any weapon using magic
You are magically compelled to obey these oaths to the letter, but no more than that: you may not lie, but you can mislead and omit; you cannot use your magic in aggression but you can provoke others to land the first strike. Due to these oaths, creatures that know you are Aes Sedai will have greater trust in your words and are less likely to suspect harmfull intent. Creatures will be suspicious of you if your statements are clearly vague or incomplete, fearing any hidden or omitted meanings your words may contain.
- Skill Proficiencies: You gain proficiency in intimidation and investigation
Each Aes Sedai belongs to an Ajah, a subgroup within the White tower pursuing its own goal, maintaining its own customs and possessing a different internal culture. Officially there are 7 Ajahs, though there also exists a secret 8th, black, Ajah dedicated to evil whose members are officially part of one of the seven regular Ajah.
Summary of the Ajahs: Name, goal, alignment, common personality traits:
-Red; Eliminating rogue magic users; Lawful neutral; Strictness and exclusivity
-Green; Battling evil; Chaotic good; extravagance, Frivolousness and directness
-Grey; Mediation; Lawful neutral; legal savviness and non-belligerence
-Brown; Gathering knowledge; Chaotic neutral; Absent-mindedness and studiousness
-Yellow; Healing; Chaotic good; Self-assurance and assertiveness
-Blue; Pursuing justice and causes; Neutral good; Passion, and dedication
-White; Pondering logic; True neutral; dispassion and asceticism
-Black; Serving evil; Lawful evil; depends on official Ajah

You can establish a bond with any humanoid creature, taking them as your warder.
You will always know the general location and general state of mind of your warder and vice versa. Any healing spell applied to your warder is rolled with advantage for the health die. you may attempt to compel your warder a number of times equal to half your character level per long rest. If you attempt this, your warder must make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 14+your proficiency modifier. Should your warder fail their save, they are compelled to follow your command, otherwise, they may ignore your command and cannot be compelled to undertake a similar action until your next long rest.
You can bond any creature, willing or no, though bonding a creature against their consent is highly taboo amongst the Aes Sedai. A bond can only be removed by death or the Aes Sedai who created the bond, who may also transfer the bond to another Aes Sedai, though this is also frowned upon. Should either you or your warder die, the remaining creature will suffer an extra level of exhaustion for 1d4 months in response to the trauma caused by the breaking of the bond.

All Aes Sedai possess some healing ability, primarily for the sake of their warder.
Suggested Characteristics
Archetypical Aes Sedai are those who are willing to obtain the goals of the White Tower, their Ajah and Themselves with any means available and permitted. Accepting any law or official restriction they must by the letter, whilst having no scruples about violating these conventions in spirit, being masters of finding and exploiting any loophole or grey area available to them. Beyond this, the general personality of Aes Sedai is linked heavily with their Ajah
Contacts
Each Ajah except the White keeps its own network of informants known as 'eyes and ears', which its members might utilize if in need. In addition, many Aes Sedai maintain their own personal network to serve their own pursuits.
You are a member of the Black Ajah, a covert group within the White Tower which serves evil by leveraging Aes Sedai authority. Using the Ajah's means, you have freed yourself of the three oaths and stand ready to serve darkness by any means necessary behind the backs of the light-sworn fools.
As a member of the Black Ajah, you are no longer bound to the three oaths. You may lie and use your magical ability as a weapon of aggression. Publicly, you still present yourself as a regular Aes Sedai and are thus assumed to follow the three oaths. Using this to your advantage, you gain great benefits to your ability to deceive: whenever you roll a charisma (deception) check, you may roll 3d20 and take the highest roll if the target knows you are an Aes Sedai. You must roll one additional or one fewer die in case of advantage and disadvantage respectively.
Beware that if you are caught breaking one of the oaths, your allegiance is revealed and good-aligned characters will become hostile to you, as well as most neutral characters, depending on the circumstances. If the truth about your allegiance is allowed to spread, you will face severe repercussions: your reputation with good-aligned factions will be tarnished and it will be highly likely a vengeful White tower will be out to eliminate you.
