Your character has been alone all their life. To the others of their race, they are a misfit who was lost and will never be found. They find it hard to fit in as everyone ignores and excludes them. It's as if the world has rejected them. Even the fortune-tellers say they are a forever alone misfit. This experience has to lead to some serious trust issues. Causing your character to be suspicious of all and they trust no one. If they are ever accepted into society this may change but for now, it stays the same. They are not easy to manipulate but this does come with its own cons as said above.

You don't get proficiency in abilities like charisma and strength, that feather isn't a feature, just a quirk of the background, and it makes no sense, there is no equipment or suggested characteristics. I can't even say it isn't half done, because it's barely started.
