Through your time with the discarded of the land, you've learned how to swindle and steal with the sweetest smile... and make them feel guilty that they didn't give you more! Whether you were a fast-talking carnie, a member of the freakshow, an acrobat, or the ringmaster themself, you can never escape your pseudo family.

Feature: Anytime, anyplace
When in a escalating situation, you have the option to charm or swindle a potential foe. This can only be done by singing an on-the-spot song about the enemy, roping in a fellow adventurer to show a feat of danger with you, or mercilessly heckling a vulnerable member of your group. The DM can choose to roll either an intelligence save or a charisma save for the targeted foe: if the DM rolls a low intelligence save, the foe is dazzled into ending the fight; if the DM rolls a high charisma save, the foe is drawn into the show and either asks to use it for themselves or (in the case of the heckling) defends the weakest member of your party out of pity; ending the confrontation.
Suggested Characteristics
As all participants in the customer service industry, circus folk are experts at hiding their true feelings and come off as people pleasers. They stand as an example of joy and whimsy, while also reminding the "normal" folks of Faerune how bad their lives could be. Of course, every circus folk has a tragic backstory, whether a dark past or being sold to the circus.
