Hailing from the great frozen north, you often wander the land looking for the next place to raid. You believe in a predentind fate and therefore do not fear death. To die without your weapon in your hand will surely send you to Hell. Strength and family are all that matters, fight for what you love and what you believe.
- Skill Proficiencies: You gain proficiency in the intimidation skill, and the athletics skill if you choose warrior or the medicine skill if you choose shaman.
- Tool Proficiencies: You gain proficiency with water vehicles, and navigator's tools if you choose warrior or the herbalism kit if you choose shaman.
- Equipment: You start with heavy fur travelling clothes, and a pouch containing 15gp. You also get three trinkets from the Trinket table in the PHB if you choose warrior, or two trinkets and a set of divining bones if you choose shaman.
Your destiny was written before you were born. When you go down you roll a d20, if it is ten or below your gain disadvantage on your death saving throws, because it is your fate. If you roll above a ten then you gain advantage on your death saving throws, your story is not yet over.

In your tribe chosen to be the next shaman, whether you were simply weaker than the rest of your peers or if you were picked by a higher power. It is your job as shaman to provide your tribe with healing and spiritual guidence.
As a shaman one of you most important rolls in the tribe is to read the fates of destiny by throwing the bones. Once per long rest you may spend ten minutes Throwing the Bones for either for yourself or a willing creature, you roll a d20 plus your charisma modifier with a DC of 14. On a success the person who has had the bones thrown for them gains advantage on one roll of their choice before their next long rest, on a failure nothing happens.
