You are obsessed with treasure, whether it be silver, gold, emeralds, or rubies your thirst for material wealth is insatiable. Your horde is the fabric of your being, leaving little room for much else. As such you may have been shunned by your friends, family, or community for your greed. You may have even given up a large part of your persona in an attempt to sate your hunger. Your affliction may have caused you to preform some nefarious act, perpetrate a heinous crime, or commit some other atrocity such as bargaining with a demon or devil. Nothing will stop you in your manic pursuit of riches, not even your own self-destruction.
