You are a proud Paladin. But not all holy knights fight for the glory of the light and strife to defeat those who destroy light and hope. There’s also the path of fire. A dangerous yet powerful dedication towards the flames of the worlds. Around you, shelters are being built because you are giving warmth and safety. Around you, fiends and enemies perish in your destructive infernal blasts in which no living being can survive. You are the flame of vengeance, conquest, refuge and destruction. You are a proud Fiery Paladin.

The god you’re praising is associated with fire and flames. All radiant damage you’re dealing is fire damage instead. Also, your DM might let you understand the needs, feelings and incentives (If any of these exists) of fire-based creatures quicker and easier. You have a basic understanding about other planes of existence mostly associated with fire and the creatures living there as well as the mysterious elementals.
Suggested Characteristics
Either your personality was fiery or warming from the get go or your deity formed you in their interest. You aren’t inherently evil or good but you know that fire is an unpredictable, double edged sword for heathens. They will mostly see you as a prophet of destruction or harm despite your actual behaviour and goals. How will your react to them? Do you accept your part of society as an outsider? Or are you aiming to convert the mob to the one and only deity? Your personality is heavily shaped by your temple, order, deity and surroundings. Your actions can have any alignment and usually are fixated on one markedness.
