Early on in your life, you were a child. Eventually, you weren't. Perhaps you apprenticed to a local craftsman, perhaps you got a job carrying boxes. Years later, you're still doing it. For you, every day is the same. You're something like a shopkeeper, a blacksmith, a town guard, a waiter, a painter, an accountant. The kind of person you walk past in the street without noticing, and who doesn't notice you right back.

If your parents are dead, they probably died of old age. If you're seeking revenge, it's probably on Karen from the office. Your house would have to burn down before you could be bothered to leave it. You've learned to look after yourself as an independent adult, and you've weathered hard times by saving during the soft ones.

You aren't likely to be fired, but you aren't likely to be promoted either. You're nothing exceptional, but who's to say that's a bad thing? I'm sure you can be perfectly happy how you are now. Maybe.
