Child of a Traitor

You have been branded a pariah due to the actions of your parents or mentors.

Whether the daughter of a man hanged for passing state secrets, or the son of a woman who harboured political prisoners, you are now treated with distain, suspicion and even pity. The upper echelons of society are closed off to you - if you were previously a member then most of these connections are severed. Most commoners are mistrustful of you, fearful that fraternising with you would be seen as traitorous behaviour. As such, you find yourself sinking into the depths of the population, frequenting seedy taverns in search of employment.

There are many paths for a Child of a Traitor. You could be hoping to clear your family's name, or prove that you yourself are loyal to your country. You could be bitter, hoping for revenge, or simply wish to save enough money to move somewhere where no-one knows your name. The choice is yours.
