Outreach Purpose

As an emissary of your tribe, you have been tasked with the honor of traveling out into the world to uphold the image of your tribe in a specific way. Whether your tribe is well-known by common folk or they've never even heard of you, this task is of the utmost importance for the future of your people. You can roll on the following table to determine your reason for your quest, or choose one that best fits your character.

d10 Outreach Purpose
1 A tyrannical leader of my tribe has recently been exiled, and now our image to the world must be rebuilt.
2 My tribe is small but growing, and I seek to make alliances with other communities.
3 My tribe is on the brink of extinction after a terrible natural disaster, and now I must travel seeking aid.
4 My tribe has reached a technological pinnacle of excellence, and I wish to share our inventions with the world.
5 After years of war, my tribe seeks to make amends for its part in the conflict.

7 My tribe was recently forced from the only home we've ever known, and I seek aid in either getting our home back or finding a new one.
8 Through the teachings of our tribes elders, we have achieved a true peace in our society. I travel to share this knowledge with others.
9 My tribe's expertise in maintaining planar portals is invaluable, and it must be shared with others.
10 My tribe has conquered and taken through acts of war, and I am sent to negotiate the surrender of new nations to conquer.

Feature: Ambassador's Candor

You've represented your clan with pride for the better part of your mature life, so you know how to carry yourself in new places and among new faces. Through your noble mannerisms and appearance, you're able to request an audience with the leadership/council of nearly any city, town, or village with relative ease. Some cities' infrastructures are harder to crack than others, so work with your DM to determine how your feature effects this difficulty.
