Servant Of Aristocracy (Homebrew) Image

You were born into service of a royal, an aristocrat, a duchess or another highplaced person of stature or wealth from the upper class. You have silently attended the signing of dubious contracts, seen people being wrongly promoted and demoted for unfair or political reasons, and have been inactively a part in plans to overthrow nations. At heart you are one of the vast working force that is a mere cog in the workings of any highly civilized societal function.

In your days of service, you have seen and held your tongue on many occassions. Observing, learning, and assisting at a notice's whim, all while being near invisible to your masters. You know the thoughts and needs of the person you deliver services for before they have even conceived the idea. Perhaps you know them better than their own mothers, but at the very least you know of their desires and daily rituals.

Try and find what your function and position is within your household. What place does the household have within the city? For what reason did you leave the household? Work together with your DM to find a place and role in the world where your household resides. Regardless of your position, you are still an acclaim and nameholder of the household you work for. And thusly, your actions may bring fame or shame to the household or organisation you work for.

In addition, it is much easier for you to gain trust or work for noblemen, the wealthy, or other influential people if they know you work for a certain household.
