Mountaineers are rough-and-tumble folks, not afraid to get their hands dirty. They're adventure seekers in their own right, willing to go the distance for that rush of bagging one more peak. They are generally friendly to strangers, though weeks - sometimes months - away from civilization might leave them looking wild and unkempt. At times they can be braggarts, boasting of the mountains they've conquered, but they love a bit of friendly competition.
