being a Werwolf has been your life for as long as you can remember. You learned basic survival techniques, including how to stay alive in a forest. You might have been part of a pack or a few fellow wolfs or you might have lost/left your pack searching for a new one in joining your party.
When you choose this background, work with your DM to determine which pack you were a part of, how far through its ranks you progressed, and what kind of experiences you had.

You have full Control in your other shape you also gain additional health in your werewolf form. You can turn when you want with the exception of the full moon where you automatically turn from sunset to sunrise
you aren`t able to change properly or use a weapon in your other shape at your beginning...
Changing in front of people might be a bad idea = most people dislike a werewolf even fear them or hunt them down. you re fine in your wolf shape, then people will assume you are a pet or some kind of fellow animal /partner wolf of the group.

You have a military rank from your career as a soldier. Soldiers loyal to your former military organization still recognize your authority and influence, and they defer to you if they are of a lower rank. You can invoke your rank to exert influence over other soldiers and requisition simple equipment or horses for temporary use. You can also usually gain access to friendly military encampments and fortresses where your rank is recognized.
