Your blood is infectious and if your blood comes in contact with another's blood they take 1d4 necrotic damage + your constitution modifier, if they die from this damage then they turn into your ghoul for ten minutes. They last for an hour then die turning into dust. Your ghoul has 6 hp and 13 ac and if their hp drops to zero they turn into dust and die. You can have only 1 ghoul at a time and if you use your blood on someone when you already have a ghoul they take 1d4 necrotic damage + your constitution modifier.
